Inviting Team Members

Collaborate with your team by inviting members to your projects.

How to Invite

Need to bring someone onto your project? There are two ways to invite members:

1. Navigate to the project you want to share
2. Click the settings icon next to the project dropdown to access “Project Settings”
3. Go to the “Invitations” tab

Option 1: Invite via Email

1. Enter the recipient’s email address
2. Select their permission level (Contributor, Viewer, etc.)
3. Click “Invite”

The user will receive a notification on the FlowLens platform. Once they accept, they’ll join your project.

Option 2: Invite via Link

1. Click “Get Link” to generate a shareable invitation URL
2. Share this link with anyone you want to invite
3. Anyone with the link can join as a contributor

Note: Invitation links expire after 7 days.

Team Size Limits

Each project has a maximum of 3 members by default (including the project owner).
