Managing Permissions

Control who can view, edit, or manage your projects and flows.

Permission Levels

  • Owner

    • Full access including project deletion and member management
  • Admin

    • Can manage members and edit all flows
  • Member

    • Can create and edit their own flows
  • Viewer

    • Read-only access to project flows

Viewing Project Members

The Members tab lets you manage who has access to your project:

  1. Click the settings icon next to the project dropdown to access project settings
  2. Go to the “Members” tab
  3. View current members and their roles

Changing Permissions

Project owners and admins can change member permissions at any time through the project settings:

  1. Navigate to the Members tab
  2. Find the member you want to update
  3. Change their role using the dropdown menu
  4. The changes take effect immediately

Removing Members

If you need to remove someone from your project:

  1. Go to the Members tab in project settings
  2. Find the member you want to remove
  3. Click the “Remove” button next to their name

Note: You must have Owner or Admin permissions to remove members from a project.
